A second generation Lake Almanor Real Estate Broker and lifetime resident of Lake Almanor. My father Bill Taylor arrived here in 1952 with his new bride Ruth Taylor and developer Ed Clifford. Ed and my father developed, marketed and sold what is now the Lake Almanor Country Club, Peninsula Drive Area, Lake Almanor Pines, Hamilton Branch and the East Shore. Original lakefront lot offerings were between $1,000 – $3,000, which included an interior lot at no cost.
I was born and raised in Lake Almanor. I attended Chester High School and Graduated in 1980. My college career took me to the University of Colorado at Boulder and then to Chico State. I have now raised my family here in Lake Almanor, which makes them third generation. I am proud of their accomplishments and am extremely gratified they have been able to enjoy the same Lake Almanor experience growing up as I did.
I have stayed involved with community functions and projects over the years, including but not limited to the development of the new sports fields in Chester. I was a board of director on the Plumas County MLS for several years and have volunteered thousands of hours as a club team and high school coach, coaching several different sports over the years.
I am the owner and broker of our office at 452 Peninsula Drive. Please stop in and say hi. I am always happy to share fishing tips and information on the area. I look forward to meeting you soon!
